PAY360 2026: Reflections

PAY360 brought together 6,000+ senior payments professionals, 100+ speakers and 150+ exhibitors - and for the fourth consecutive year, CLOWD9 was proud to be among them.

What We Heard…

Across two packed days of conversations with customers, partners, and new prospects, three themes kept coming up:

• Global reach without complexity: fintechs and banks expanding internationally want a single integration into one platform that works everywhere. No regional instances, no geographic constraints.

• Reliability they can trust: after high-profile outages at legacy processors, uptime and resilience have moved to the top of the priority list. Our Active-Active-Active architecture across multiple AWS regions resonated strongly.

• Sustainability that's verifiable: with ESG reporting requirements tightening across the industry, procurement teams are actively seeking partners with independently verified credentials. Being one of the first B Corp certified payment companies gave us a clear first-hand experience to share with customers.
